Simultaneously drilling on three sides of H-beam
Direct conversion between CAD and CAM is available.
Ideal equipment used for steel structure processing.
1. With multi-point hydraulic supporting blocks to avoid the web deformation.
2. Roller feeding and length-ways CNC measurement are used.
3. Drilling heads on two sides are different. One is fixed, and the other one can move horizontally, so that different web heights can be satisfied.
4.The use of imported spray cooling system can prolong life of the drills.
All spindles adopt the self-controlled travel technology, each spindle can do movements by horizontal coordinates and realize auto drilling feeding, which ensures drilling simultaneously on three sides of H-beam.,
